Wojciech Patoła – Member of the Board
Wojciech Patoła is an experienced manager who has dedicated nearly 30 years of his professional career to the defense industry. He has held managerial positions in strategic companies such as Wojskowe Zakłady Mechaniczne S.A. in Siemianowice Śląskie (now Rosomak S.A.), Zakłady Mechaniczne Bumar-Łabędy S.A., Teldat Sp. z o.o. sp.k., and Zamet-Głowno Sp. z o.o. sp.k. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in managing large organizations with complex structures, as well as in planning, managing, and overseeing significant strategic implementation, licensing, and production projects, as evidenced by his numerous professional successes that have contributed to the growth of the companies he worked for.
Wojciech Patoła is a graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw (reserve officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel). He has further expanded his education with specialized knowledge in management (MBA) from the Postgraduate Managerial Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. On August 29, 2024, he was appointed as a Member of the Management Board.

Tadeusz Kwiatkowski – Member of the Board
Tadeusz Kwiatkowski is an experienced manager and local government official who has held key positions in public administration for many years, with a strong track record in managing strategic infrastructure projects. From 2019 to 2024, he served as the Deputy Mayor of Tarnów for Infrastructure, where he was responsible for the implementation of key urban investments. His responsibilities also included coordinating collaboration with external contractors and managing multimillion-dollar projects.
From 2010 to 2018, he was the Starosta of Dąbrowa County, where he was responsible for the sustainable development of the county. Previously, starting in 2007, he served as the Deputy Starosta of the county. He currently serves as a councilor for Dąbrowa County, where he remains involved in local development initiatives.
His extensive experience in local government, combined with his ability to manage large-scale projects and effectively collaborate with partners in both the public and private sectors, makes him a highly competent leader.
