Power Management Module (MZZ)

Modern battlefields demand advanced air defense and command systems with high mobility and autonomy, which necessitates the use of independent battery power supplies. The speed and efficiency of battery charging and monitoring of autonomous power parameters are crucial for the reliability of such systems.

The Power Management Module (PMM), through the use of specialized charging and monitoring circuits, ensures optimal power parameters for the system and battery charging. The PMM automatically switches power sources between the AC/DC converter and the battery so that all system-powered devices continue to operate without interruption—even in the event of a total power outage.

Features:

Equipped with LED indicators showing voltage level, current consumption by the system;

Includes protection and alerts for overloads, excessively low or high input voltage, and battery charge status;

Allows manual switching of the system’s power supply;

After powering on and detecting voltage on the output, the device monitors output voltage and current as well as battery charge status;

Supports monitoring/charging of battery types: Li-Ion, LiPo, LiFePO, and lead-acid.
